Next, we'll discuss Yoga for Balancing Hormones, highlighting specific practices that support menstrual and hormonal wellness.

The discussions address Common Concerns such as painful periods, IBS, PCOS, and UTIs, offering practical Ayurvedic approaches to managing these conditions. Finally, we cover Ritucharya: Practices Related to Menstruation, discussing what is considered normal and ideal during the menstrual cycle, and offering guidance on developing beneficial habits. This module is designed to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical tools for supporting your health through Ayurveda.
