Join Monia Fernandez for A Self Love Practice. This practice will be one of love for yourself, care for your body and intuitive movement for the mind. This workshop is for everyone, no matter how you identify or your partnership status. We will spend the evening reconnecting to our personal energy to invite and/or embrace the feminine nature that resides in all of us. 

Prepare to practice asana, meditation & journal reflections.
