Sasha Letovsky

Sasha Milan Letovsky (she/her/they/them) is a yoga and meditation teacher based in Boston who specializes in restorative yoga, sound healing and meditation. She is trained as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and Restorative Yoga teacher. She is certified in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and is trained as a Reiki II Level Practitioner. Sasha brings a grounded, playful and explorative spirit to her teaching. Her classes have choice-forwards, accessibility-focused and inclusive approach. As a survivor of chronic pain and illness, Sasha is passionate about creating frameworks for movement and stillness that feel approachable for all bodies. Sasha’s classes often incorporate elements of self-massage, somatics and various movement arts - often followed by a live sound portion.

Outside of teaching yoga, Sasha has founded multiple business and creative ventures. She is currently runs So Good Sessions, a woman-owned music events company. She has previously performed as singer/songwriter/producer and multi-instrumentalist Sasha Milan. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, being in nature and spending time with her two cats, Pluto and Kiko.
