Emo HIIT Flow will have about 15-20 minutes of high intensity intervals interwoven into a fun power flow! You can expect moves like mountain climbers, yogi bicycles and squat jumps between Sun Salutations and Funky Flows with a well deserved savasana at the end. All set to your favorite emo bands from the 2000s like Paramore, Fall Out Boy, MCR and more!
