TI-MYTT 5H Module: Cueing for Accessibility & Inclusivity
What does it mean to be trauma informed? Often the response to this question is to offer practices like restorative yoga, no hands on assists and doing everything possible not to trigger someone. These are wonderful practices to start with if you’re new to teaching yoga but that barely scratches the surface.

This is a space for endometriosis and chronically pained people to come together in community. This space is here to share stories, offer support for one another and come together to hold space for one another. During this time we will have a prompt to speak around and mini break out groups to dive deeper into conversations.
As a disclaimer, this is not a formal support group. We want to offer space to come together but to be mindful of the individual capacities we all have to care for one another. We will start the session with community guidelines and introductions then move into our storytelling & community time.

It isn't often that we have the opportunity to be joyful and even ecstatic in our bodies. Yoga Parties offer the opportunity for dynamic movement through high energy sequencing that pairs breath to movement. This is followed by an exhilarating dance break when you'll be encouraged to move about the space for a song. We'll cool down the class with some calming and restorative shapes to close out the practice.

Yoga Nidra is a transformative guided meditation practice that facilitates deep relaxation and inner exploration. An affinity group is a safe space for people linked by a common identity.
Join Monia for a movement practice that supports queer and BIPOC souls. We will move together, share stories and hold space for one another. We will start with a small prompt (bring your journals or maybe a book by a QTBIPOC or BIPOC author) and then we'll move through an asana (postures). After our practice we'll come back together and to reflect.

Restorative Yoga, Sound Bath & Reiki with Sasha Letovsky & Elle
This workshop will provide a space to get reacquainted with ourselves and regulate our breath and bodies. We will flow through guided meditation, gentle movement exploration, restorative postures, and Reiki assists with Sound Bath to encourage rest and regeneration. Consent cards will be provided to indicate your comfort with hands-on Reiki during the restorative portion. Music will be played during movement followed by a live Sound Bath. Journaling prompts will be offered to help integrate your practice. This is a choice-forwards practice and you are invited to practice in the community even if you do not choose to participate in every guided instruction. Bring a notebook, something to write with, and wear comfortable and flowy clothing.

Calling all introverts! Join us for a special Saturday night event in collaboration with Cambridge Naturals for a reading party! What is a reading party? It’s simple, bring a book you’ve been reading, join others for a quiet reading session, and then share your thoughts with others. We’ll start the event with some breathwork guided by Monia before we sit down to read and share our thoughts on our books. Get cozy and grab a mocktail provided by Cambridge Naturals & read for a little while. Pajama attire is encouraged, but not mandatory!
