Break up the day with the MOTA flow to get the body moving and give the brain a rest This class will offer the same sequence every week so that you can get out of your head and flow to the rhythm of your breath.. Expect to jump right into a fluid movement practice, mostly mini flows & short holds.

Sophie - Slow Flow: Restore
This relaxing yoga class will offer a combination of a slow flow and finding stillness within shapes to calm down the mind and body. In this class students will utilize props in order to find space to settle in to explore restoration within the practice.
