Join Sophie & Monia for a weekend of the 50 hour Trauma Informed Personal Practice training. During this weekend we will break down the relationship between some of the 11 major body systems and how the body moves in Yoga Asana shapes. Which will consist of, but not limited to: the nervous system, skeletal system & musculature system.
