In this workshop, Roberto will help you uncover your innate meditation skills with tools such as pranayama (breath work), visualization and how to cultivate a safe practice space. Together we will break down the preconceived notions of what a meditation practice "should" look like and learn key elements to establishing a fruitful home meditation practice. Through a group practice you will start to learn how to meditate at home in the way that feels best for you.

TI-MYTT 5HR Modules are eight of 13 modules needed for the completion of the 250HR certification program. You can start with this module or continue on your path through the program. The first three hours of the module is where we nerd out with the teachings and lectures. We will take a 30m lunch break and reconvene with the workshop portion of the module. These last two hours are opened up to the general public//students to practice the teachings of the instructor. This is where you, the trainee will see how to put the nerdy fun stuff in action to students wanting to experience the offering rather than being trained in it. You do not need to be enrolled in the full program to take any portion of the module or workshop :) In total there are 8, 5H modules needed to take to complete the certification program for the 250H Trauma Informed MOTA Yoga Teacher Training. You can take the same module up to two times.
