Tired of standing on two feet all the time? Join me to practice standing on our hands (or forearms!) During this workshop, we will explore fun ways to change our perspectives. This workshop is for those new to arm balances are those that are experienced, all are welcomed. We will explore familiar asanas (postures) like bakasana (Crow pose) and work on ones that might be newer to you like astavakrasana (8 angle pose).
Arm balancing can be intimidating! This workshop will be very playful and very accessible. No worries at all if you've never tried an arm balance before!

Thursdays: 3/7 & 3/21 from 7:30p-8:30p
What to bring & wear:
Wear comfy clothes and pants. If you get sweaty, arm balancing might get a little slippery on the legs and arms!
What to expect:
Expect core engagement, weight bearing on forearms and wrists, fun warm ups and options to use blocks, walls and chairs as support for longer/stronger holds!
