Bring a buddy or meet a new friend in this partner-based workout class that puts a fun twist on traditional exercises like planks, squats, and core work. Participants will challenge their brains and bodies, while connecting, celebrating, and amplifying the joy of movement together. Options will be given for multiple levels.
What to bring:
Participants will be moving in many different positions and should dress accordingly. If you are not comfortable having your partner touch your skin, you should wear clothing or bring options for skin coverage.
What to expect:
Participants should expect some challenging movements, plus brain & coordination challenges, and some silly games.
