Seva, meaning selfless service, will be encouraged throughout our flow, not to others, but to ourselves. An intentional practice to help those who give so much, learn how to give back to themselves. Following our physical practice, yogis will be asked to reflect on emotions, sensations or reactions that they have after their practice. Yogis will be welcome to share with the group, or simply hold space for one another. This class is intended to cultivate a safe space for healthcare workers, nurturers and caretakers of any kind to feel held within their community.

Each season we offer a seasonal clothing swap + shop to restock our wardrobes and get rid of all of the excess.
