What should the students expect?
Expect slow and intuitive movements. We will be mostly low to the ground with focus on settling into the space while reintroducing the idea of deep rest.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat
Water Bottle
Wear comfortable clothes - can be loose and flowy
Socks and/or eye covers
Essential oils, personal candles, whatever will help you feel at home.
Journal or Notebook + Pen/Pencil/Colorful markers, etc.
