Embracing Light & Dark: Celebrating the Autumnal Equinox with Jennie (she/her)
The Autumn Equinox is a time of year in which day and night are of equal length. It is a time of self-reflection, spiritual awareness (if applicable to personal practice), and bringing our past and future selves to the present. This workshop is comprised of 4 parts. The first is a grounding meditation and writing a gratitude list. The next to parts are the asana practice: a vinyasa flow for the light/yang and a restorative practice for the dark/yin. We'll close the practice with a guided meditation.
What to expect:
Meditation, time for reflection, journaling, and both an active and passive yoga practice.
