About Katonah Yoga

The techniques underpinning the Katonah practices come from classical Hatha yoga, Taoist yoga and the panpyschic vision belonging to western esoteric philosophy.

The language of Katonah is metaphor and analogy; identifying the body as the abode, exploring the body as one’s instrument, the mind as the musician and the breath as the melody. The power of analogy allows the individual to use life experiences to define the personal and understand the collective.

The Katonah practices use the keys of breathwork to enter into states of meditation. Breathwork is incredibly accessible, practical, magical and transformative. Learn More
