Join Monia and Sophie in a rolling module on the power of restorative yoga. Learn how to sequence, be okay with silence and the importance of props integration. In this module you will learn the difference between yin and restorative yoga, why rest is an essential practice of yoga and how to teach active rest. Through the lens of the eight limbs, the essence of Yoga, and a trauma informed theory you will start to cultivate your own relationship with restorative yoga and how it can be a transformative practice for yourself and the folks that you lead.
