In this workshop, we will explore the dynamic practice of restorative yoga and how it can be essential to combat the everyday hustle of grind culture. We will learn how restorative yoga can be a tool to support rest in the mind to deepen your experience of being comfortable in the discomfort. Together we will use props to guide you on practices to support yourself in restorative yoga classes with the focus of working with your individual body.
What to bring and wear:
Notebook, a mat, and anything that would help support their learning
What to expect:
To dive deep into the practice of rest and explore postures empower rest.
