Join Monia & Claire for your next module!
Do you find yourself unmotivated to attend a yoga class because of a pain episode, injury or a random ache? Not because you don’t want to go but because you have some trouble modifying your practice to support what your body needs? Do you know how to modify a downward facing dog to help with a back or wrist injury? What about lunges with an achy ankle or toe?
During this module, we will break down common injuries and pains in the body that regularly show up for us humans. Learn ways to use props and adjusted postures to guide the body into movement shapes that support all of the bodily functions and experiences.
This workshop counts towards the continuing education requirements to obtain the Trauma Inclusive MOTA Yoga Teacher Training. Feel free to start your TI-MYTT journey with this module! Please connect with Sophie or Monia to get your started!
