Join Jennie for a workshop that will honor the practice of rest.
We’ll start with a guided meditation, followed by a slow vinyasa flow, and ending our practice with restorative yoga.
At the Winter Solstice, the sun travels the shortest path through the sky resulting in the day of the year with the least sunlight and, therefore, the longest night. The energy of winter is that of going within; It is a time to honor the seasons and celebrate renewal as we prepare for the new year. It is a time of fresh beginnings, rebirth, transformation, breaking bad habits, and creativity. The winter darkness brings a time of rest for nature and us.
