Join Sophie & Monia for a weekend of the 50 hour Trauma Informed Personal Practice training. A home practice is one of the many tools you can use to self regulate your nervous system.
During this weekend, you will invited to develop a deeper understanding of meeting yourself where you are at. We will break down how to put together foundational asanas (Yoga postures) to piece together small home practices that feel intuitive to your body. We will incorporate the use of props, different lineages of the Yoga practice & other ways can support you in your practices by yourself or with others.
